How to typeset FIXME and TODO notes?
I want FIXME and TODO notes typeset like this:
[FIXME: ...]
[TODO: ...]
What is the best way to implement it in LyX?
I would be grateful if you provide a complete LyX module. I haven't yet understood how to create new LyX modules, thus your help is appreciated.

Quickly add a command, with keyboard
In math mode shortcuts like \oplus<space> work.
Can I quickly add a command/environment knowing its LaTeX name in text mode, too?
I'd prefer to enter some commands (such as \emph) this way instead of navigating through menu and dialogs. Is it possible in Lyx?

Bad rendering formulas by Lyx and some other issues
I was a user of TeXmacs but its bugs while editing the same file opened in several windows prevent me to finish my book. I've asked them to fix the bug a few times but I don't know when the next release of TeXmacs will happen.
This inclines me to switch to LyX or to plain LaTeX.
