Installing new package and document class

Hi, I'm new to latex..I wonder if anyone here can help with two very basic questions :)
BTW, I'm using Miktex 2.7 from the latest Protext.

1.How to install a just downloaded package?
I just downloaded revtex4.1 and I put the rar file "revtex4-1-tds" in the directory ...\ProTeXt-2.2\MiKTeX\tm ...
