Hello,

while trying to install a font (lf9 package) as described on this page:
http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/fonts/metrics/w-a-schmidt/

I'm running into problems. Installation seemed to work fine: copying files, making changes to the updmap file and running initexmf. No errors were given.
