Yes, it's quite understandable if there was no other topic like this.
I wrote my thesis and thought it would be a better solution to use vector graphics, though I had not enough time to learn how to "draw" with codes.

eps to pstricks, pgf or eepic (impossible?)
OK, never mind, my question is at least 12 years old.
I haven't dealt with LaTeX since then.

gamebook style
Hello!
You could come across Fighting Fantasy gamebooks. Now, I would like to write a gamebook in LaTeX, but I have some difficulties in writing the code, because I don't know the language thoroughly.
You might perhaps help me. :D This will be a Hungarian version.
Here it is what I've written so ...

How to insert bibliographic references to the listoffigures?
Hello!
I would like to know how to insert \cite type references to the lines of listoffigures.
Now it looks like this:
thenumber. The caption of the figure ........ and the page where it can be found in the document.
But can you modify the previous one to something like this?

Re: spacing in table of contents
I didn't want to open a new topic for this. I use the \linespread option, because I'm expected to form the document in that way (I'm not really keen on more space between lines), but I don't want to have more space among the lines of table of contents. How to reduce the space there, if I use ...

Re: eps to pstricks, pgf or eepic (impossible?)
Well, thanks for the code. I watched the tikz figures and I must admit that it is perfect.
What are the differences among the four graphic systems? (eepic, pgf, tikz, pstricks)
I'd like to learn the most simple one. I know that for example figures created by pstricks are not supported by pdflatex ...

eps to pstricks, pgf or eepic (impossible?)
Hello!
As long as the EPS file has no error, eps2pgf should work properly.
Well, as long as the bmeps.exe (MikTeX) works well, there shouldn't be any problem. Is it possible that bmeps doesn't work correctly?
Here is my attachment: figures.rar

Re: eps to pstricks, pgf or eepic (impossible?)
Well, I would have liked to paste nicer pictures into my document than the scanned ones. But as I've read your post, I suppose that there is no way to convert eps graphics to LaTeX code. The only option for me is to redraw the scanned pictures as vectorial figures. LaTeX code would have been better ...

Hello!
I would like to convert .eps graphics to LaTeX code like eepic, pgf, tikz or pstricks. Is there any way to do that?
I'm writing a thesis and I have scanned pictures (mainly greyscaled simple graphics) in .png format, having been converted by bmeps.exe to .eps format. I'd like to convert ...
