Hello,
thank you for your kind reply. I am using Lyx with XeTex, exporting to PDF (XeTex)
Although I am not new to Lyx, I still consider myself a newbie. This is actually the first minimal working sample that I create, I hope it is alright.
The culprit seems to be xeCJK, but I have no idea on how ...

No space after inverted comma (xeCJK+fontspec))
I hope it does not count as double posting (see http://latex-community.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=25812), but I get almost no space after inverted commas (see attached image) and I can find neither the cause nor a solution that does not involve manually adding protected space (which for me is ...

Re: Cannot print old lyx file to pdf (XeTex) on new Lyx :(
Thank you for the message and sorry for the late reply, but I didn't check after my last post, since I was losing hope that a solution could be found without first reconstructing the entire file, which would have been too labor intensive (there are at least 10 specifications that took me more than a ...

Re: Cannot print old lyx file to pdf (XeTex) on new Lyx :(
Thank you so much for having tried.
If I had more time I could try an easier example but that wouldn't solve much since the a basic file would smoothly but would miss all the parts I need and the whole thing would probably be as labor intensive as copying everything to MS Word, without the certainty ...

Thank you so much for your reply.
I am sorry I didn't provide a minimal example, I thought that the information present in my initial post was enough, but now I realize that including the file (actually part of it since the original is hundreds of pages long) would have been better.
I hope the "test ...

Re: Cannot print old lyx file to pdf (XeTex) on new Lyx :(
Hello,
I am trying again, but still I cannot manage to get the file printed in pdf with the Japanese characters.
I also tried opening the file with a reinstalled older version of Lyx, but since I have done some editing of the file on the newer 2.0 version, the older Lyx 1.6. (the version that I ...

Problems with Japanese font (Miragino Mincho Pro W3)
Hello,
I hope this doesn't get counted as a double posting.
In any case, I made a file with Lyx some years ago, to be compiled with XeTex since I had to use many diacritics and many Japanese characters and now that I have changed both OS (before it was Ubuntu, now it is Windows) and Lyx version (1 ...
