Centering the whole table of contents

I'm having trouble formatting my table of contents.

I would like a tabel of contents where everything is centered and without the dots, eg.


Contents
Foreword 3
The truth of happiness 4
Money is everything 6
Letters 8


I'm using the package tocloft, and have gotten so far that I can center ...
