I'm trying to typeset some Lacanian matheme related stuff, and one thing I find myself requiring, but not being able to figure out how to do, is to draw a diagonal slash through a letter (possibly group of letters). Ideally I'd be looking for some way to produce things like numbers 240 and 241 here ...
