Math in Lyx View and PDF View
I used the PDF XChange Viewer and the build-in thingy that comes with Linux Mint..
I tried Foxit now and it really does look better. But still, the minus from the "-1" looks like an extension to the "\bar".. Is there anything that can be done about this?

Math in Lyx View and PDF View
Hi,
i have a problem when converting formulas to PDF.
In LyX, the math looks really good, but when i view the document as a PDF, it looks really crappy. I have included a screenshot of the math in LyX and in the PDF. Can i do something about this?
thx for any help!

PDF include and annotations
Hi,
is it possible to include a document (via \includepdf) in a way that the PDF itself will show up, but no annotations that are made in the PDF (highlight, sticky-notes etc) are visible in the final LaTeX doc?
thx,
Harper

Title Page and Pictures
Hi,
I'm trying to design the title page for my document and fail at inserting a picture. What I try to accomplish is having the Logo of my university on the top of the page and the title itself beneath it.

Re: Insert Large Picture that exceeds Margins
Hm, that does not seem to work, with your code it tells me *** (job aborted, no legal \end found)
I tried to use the code after the link, but it didnt work either..
Anyway, this would fix the problem with the width, but not with the heigth, am I right?

Meaning of the ".lyx~" File
Hey there,
does anyone know what the .lyx~ files do that LyX creates for every document? I did not find any references in the manual. My questions are:
What is it and what does it do?
Can I delete it without destroying the original Document?
Can I rename the original Document, without renaming ...
