no graphics in the ouput but no erros while compiling

Hello,

i'm new and not sure if this is the right section for my request.

I'm using debian with a minimal installation + kile + texlive-full.

When i compile my .tex 2 .dvi 2 .ps or .pdf i get no error or warning but there are no pictures in the pdf or ps files.
I*ve tried different format: .ps ...
