I of course did a google search and found lots of examples. It took ~20 minutes of looking through 10 different forums. Most of the versions I found were for earlier versions of lyx, like 1.6. I finally ended up using one that I had to just assume was for lyx 2.0. I don't know whether it's the 'best ...
