Hi All,
For some reason I cannot get a techreport to list all the authors initials, eg instead of Rantz, SE (1982) it only displays Rantz, S (1982). I can't find anything to change this in makebst. Some help on this one would be great.

I would like to know the answer to this one too. I'm editing a PhD thesis at the moment and it would be great if the bookmarks would remain until I deleted them. Apparently "fixme" offers commenting tools, but I would rather just have a bookmark that is quick and easy to add/remove but ...
