I'm writing a presentation in beamer, with the default sans serif font.
In a formula, I have a "chemical activity" whose symbol should be a round italic 'a', like that produced by \textrm{\emph{a}}
with a roman family. Is there a way to produce that type of 'a' but with the same sans ...
