gb4e number alingment

Post by Christos »

Hi all,

I have been using gb4e for more than two years now and I'm more than satisfied with the package.

Recently, though, I was told by my university to change something in my linguistic examples which is very frustrating but it must be done.

I was told not to indent the numbering of the examples (only the main numbering, not the sub-examples). That is, to delete the extra space that appears between the main example number and the left margin of the text.

The problem for me is that if I use now a different package I have to run through more than 200 pages (I'm writing my PhD) and alter everything.

So, I was wondering if you could provide me with the appropriate code (since I don't consider myself a LaTeX expert) so as to tamper with the sty file and tell me what to change exaclty.

I would appreciate any help
