LyX ⇒ Translate table reference

Hi everybody

I'm writing a document in italian, and I need to reference a table. I did the following:
Insert -> reference, then selected the reference "tab:Risultato-delle-misure"

And it appears correctly on the document

But after compiling I got this

The problem is the reference text is in english, I need it to be in italian. It should be something like "Tabella 3 a pagina 8", instead of "Table 3 on page 8".

I already checked the language setting
The language setting is correct, I slelected italian in the Document -> Settings -> Language menu.

Is there any way, even a manual way, to translate the reference?
