I have a problem with Latex

Hi, I have a problem. I'm building a new package and I need to know where to start the footnote of this page, because I work with an array and if this array is too large it uses spaces out of the page. I want to know where the footnote of this page begins to tell the array at that specific point must break the page and start a new one. what should I do?

Do you mean the footer of the page (i.e., the bottom margin)? That's different than the footnote.
