Which fonts do you use for your scientific work?

I was wondering which fonts do you use to make your documents look real professional

Currently, I'm using Palantino:

I have been using mathpazo for a long time, which also provides Palatino style for both text and math mode. Nowadays I prefer the kpfonts or libertine for my documents. For further inspiration you may take a look at the fonts section of the TeX Catalogue [1]. Another source for fonts are the FTP servers of CTAN [2]. There are many fonts that are worth a look. Note that some fonts are already part of your LaTeX distribution.

[2] Index of ftp.ctan.org/pub/tex-archive/fonts/

I would recommend Minion Pro+Mnsymbols, which have proportional and tabular figures, both in oldstyle and lining versions.
