Is it possible to get pagebreaks within cells of a longtable? If I write a two column table as a journal with date and keyword in the left column and text at right, then sometimes the text is longer then will fit on the rest of the page. Then the whole cell is moved to next page, leaving a lot of white space. While writing in the tex-file I can not guess the position of the pagebreaks. If I could I could have put in an extra row break. But I would like to avoid that anyway. Anyone having a solution?

Sorry, not possible.
The smart way: Calm down and take a deep breath, read posts and provided links attentively, try to understand and ask if necessary.

Bad!
So maybe some other way of writing than longtable is better. Maybe with margin notes or something? So I might jump over to "Text Formatting" with my question.
