Sorry for a so basic doubt: where do I put my files for TeXstudio to find them?

Which files? Put all your tex files, images, bib-databases in the very same folder and open your main tex-file with TeXstudio.
The smart way: Calm down and take a deep breath, read posts and provided links attentively, try to understand and ask if necessary.
