I'm sending different applications to find a job and they ask me for the transcript of records.

Someone of you has a template for it or knows where can I find one?

No. I already use moderncv to write my CV. I need some template to write my transcript of records i.e. the list of exams with marks!

What I found when searching for "Transcript of Records" can be seen in the attachment* (don't be irritated by the language). And this can be simply done by a usual table.

I suggest that you start on your own. In case of upcoming problems you can present what you have tried so that we can fix errors.

To tell the truth, today is the first time I ever heard of a "transcript of records" and I should have used a search engine myself. But Thorsten is completely right, a simple {tabular} environment should do.
