Articles exported to HTML don't sort references
I have been LyX using to create several short case reports from the field of medicine, and I find it extremely useful, even though I am only using a fraction of it's capabilities.
One problem that is bugging me is that I don't really need PDF exports as most biomedical journals nowadays have online forms where I need to copy/paste my article in specific sections.
Problem with PDF exports is that when I copy/paste from PDF it doesn't work properly always, sometimes I have missed letters and formatting has to be fixed up. I therefore use HTML export which does exactly what I need and I can copy/paste the text from there nicely.
The real problem is that even when I get nice formating of my article in PDF, with references displayed in the order of appearance, in vancouver style, when using HTML or LyxHTML export option, the references are ALWAYS displayed in alphabetical order (which is useless to me).
Can anyone help me with this?
