Bibliography style adjustment

Post by thomasemurphy »

Hello,

I am using AMA bibliography style, and the journal I am submitting to requires the bibliography to be numbered as "1. " rather than [1]. Anyone know a quick way to change this?

Thanks,
Tom

Bibliography style adjustment

Hi Tom,

welcome to the board!

Doesn't the journal you submit to provide a bibliography style? I would check that and use that. Whatever AMA is, if it's a different style, why you are using this... For modifying a style, you could provide a link where it can be downloaded.

For specific requirement, I recommend to use biblatex, which is very capable and convenient for customizations.
