Is there a complete list of obsolete LaTeX commands somewhere? What are the commands that are suggested not to use any more?

Hmmm, sorry, I don't read German !

The nag package appears to be a "must have". But is there a way to get all its warnings in another way than scrolling the long console log ?

The same information is written to the log file. So you can read it afterwards in any text editor.

Excellent! I successfully removed and updated all the obsolete commands in my source, and now nag doesn't complain any more!

I'm learning more LaTeX each day!
