BibTeX, biblatex and biber ⇒ Small modifications of a bibliography style

Hello,

I would like to change two small things in the style phreport.bst (actually a professor wants this layout for the diploma thesis).

The changes concern the article layout.
At first there should be no colon ',' after the journal name.
At second the page number should appear at the very end after the year.

I attached a sample original entry as image.

I have tried to change the file by myself but I don't know much about programming so I failed completely.

About any help I would be very grateful.
