Problem loading JabRef in Windows 7

I tried to install jabref 2.6 in windows 7. After installation it asked me to download javaruntime environment but that is not getting installed in my pc. It is showing me an error http://javadl-esd.sun.com/update/1.6.0/ ... 26-b03.xml. So I am not able to install jabref. So how can I get bibtex?

The link seems to be invalid. The Java Runtime Environment (JRE) is at another place [1]. Get the corresponding installer for your OS and start the installation process.

BibTeX is part of your TeX distribution, thus is already installed.
