Hello,
I ve just started using texnic editor. I ve setup everythng and getting a nice pdf output. However the navigation bar on the left hand side is not showing any activity. Usually its shud show all the refernces , figures and chapters in tree form but i see none.
Can ne 1 help with this ?

Do you mean the navigation bar on TeXnicCenter, or on your PDF viewer?

If the latter, is the hyperref package loaded?

Most likely the navigation bar in TeXnicCenter (TXC).

This only works if the concerned source file is part of a project. You can create a project with the active file as master file via »Project« menu as shown in the attachment.
