General ⇒ Can I create complete file/folder tree of project?

Hi,

If I have a LaTeX project with a bunch of .tex and .bib files, PDF and similar files inserted as figures, style files etc, is there a way to automatically generate a full list of all these files, including their full paths. I need this list to share my project files with someone else, and so I need to make sure I give this person those and only those files/folders that he needs.
