Situation:
using linguex for glossing linguistic examples enables us to define the spacing between the example and its gloss. For instance, if \nosinglegloss is put in the preamble, we can manually set the line spacing throughout the document (e.g. as 1.25, 1.35, or whatever). So, the space between the linguistic example and its gloss will also be 1.25, 1.35, or whatever ...


Problem:
... but not between the gloss and its immediate translation below, which will always come up as a single line space! This looks like this:

(1) Ich bin zuruck gekommen.
I am back gone
"I'm back."

The space between the first two lines is as defined for the document. But the space between the second and third line is always 1.0... This is so frustrating. Of course, we can be adjusting this space by adding a specific \vspace{} at the end of each gloss (second line), but my question is:


Question:
Is there a way of defining spacing between lines for the entire document, including translations of the glosses (i.e. within the linguex environment as well).

...and the example looks like this:

The third line does NOT come as 1.5 space, only 1.0, despite the fact that the entire document is supposed to come out as 1.5....
