My solution is to add the following option at converter definition of Lyx Preview -> PNG in Preferences
python -tt $$s/scripts/lyxpreview2bitmap.py --png
=>
python -tt $$s/scripts/lyxpreview2bitmap.py --png --latex=pdflatex
