[just kidding] well, then I may send you the content and you can finish writing my thesis ha ha ha[/just kidding]
ok, seriously, I will check for any possible mistakes. And I am also updating and re-installing the Miktex.
NEW: TikZ book now 40% off at Amazon.com for a short time.
And: Currently, Packt sells ebooks for $4.99 each if you buy 5 of their over 1000 ebooks. If you choose only a single one, $9.99. How about combining 3 LaTeX books with Python, gnuplot, mathplotlib, Matlab, ChatGPT or other AI books? Epub and PDF. Bundle (3 books, add more for higher discount): https://packt.link/MDH5p

This problem still remains and I can only get rid of it by quoting out the "\end{document}" line in the main file.
But then, of course, Latex will (emergency) stop the compilation

I also tried re-installing TeXnicCenter, but now I have to re-define the profiles.
What should be the commands for just the "Pure" DVI to PDF using dvipdfm or dvipdfmx???
I get all the time this error for all the eps-images in the document (see image).
The problem with the unmatched document still remains...

What is the purpose of Find 1, Find 2 and Parse Tabs in Outp
There were two symptoms, reported by the parser:
- An unmatched \end{document}
An unfound .idx file
In the end I just created an empty .idx file with the correct name. Everything now works. The parser reports nothing except that it's produced a file. The .idx file is still empty.
Bug in the parser? Permissions problem trying to create the file?
BTW, I only just found TeXnicCentre. Is it still being developed? Version 2 seems to have been in Alpha for a long time.
Hope this info is useful, anyway
