LyX ⇒ missing document title

Hi everyone.

For some reason, the pdf output of the document do not present the main title. Instead of it presented:

"Noname manuscript No.
(will be inserted by the editor)"

I'm using "Springer SV Global (V. 3)" document class (the file is based on svjour3.lyx template).

What might be the problem and how to solve it?
