Graphics, Figures & Tables ⇒ Incorrect positioning using includegraphics + dvipdf

Hello,
I'm new here, I have a problem with figure inclusion I never had before. I have a latex document with eps figures which I include like this:

and the dvi output is perfect, but when I run dvipdf, the figure is moved to the left, into the margin, and looks as if it did not take into account the options.

it is hard to guess what goes wrong. Can you post a very small but compilable example along with the figure that shows the problem?

Off topic: The figure isn't numbered, the label or any reference to that label will show you a seemingly random number, likely that of the current section.

welcome to the forum!

You could try dvipdfmx instead of dvipdf. Or use dvips and ps2pdf.
