General ⇒ footnotes / horizontal layout / footmisc package

Hi all,

I'm using the footmisc package to layout footnotes
horizontally. I do this by giving the `para' option
in the usepackage.

This works fine for ordinary footnotes.
However, this opption seems to be ignored for footnotes
in minipages. These are laid out in the conventional,
vertical arrangement.

Does anyone know how to get footnotes laid out
horizontally in minipages?
