LyX ⇒ How to manually type and generate bibliography file in LYX

Dear Sir,
I want to generate the bibliography file in IEEE format manually without downloading citation. What I have to do is take author, year, title, journal name, volume, no, page everything type manually and generate the LYX BIBLIOGRAPHY file.How we can type all the details and how to generate the LYX file.
