I used LyX on Windows, on SuSE Linux and finally on OSX.
It is perfect for me (professor in Math classrooms).
The question is: there is any project to port LyX on iOS7 (on iPad)?

There is no such project planned or even discussed. But who knows, maybe someday it will happen.
