Triangular Matrix

Hello,

I need to create upper and lower triangular matrices where there must be a big zero and an actual triangle (the figure of a triangle) in the upper/lower part.

Is it possible to create? Is there a diagonal line?

Please show your own efforts in form of a self-contained and minimal example, even if you didn't get the desired result. Fixing existing code is easier and faster than writing something from scratch.
