Hello, thanks for you help.
In fact my version is older. I think, this is why I didn't have direct access to MikTeX Package Manager. Using CTAN I have executed "listings.ins" and save all the generated files and it works well now.

I guess you will have to manually install or updates packages then. I understand that you possibly don't want to risk your work environment during the development of a big document. I would recommend to update then, if after you finished it.
I would update or reinstall as soon as possible. I would expect the document, even a big thesis, to work also with a new TeX version.
