Do you have LaTeX already installed? I recommend to install TeX Live.
If you would like to use LaTeX, you need to learn it. You could read an introducing book, perhaps have a look at the LaTeX Beginner's Guide. Though such a book is nice because it's a comprehensive structured tutorial, you could get information for free on the internet. It can be a bit of work to check such resources if they are up-to-date and useful for you. Have a look at freely available LaTeX Resources for Beginners.
