BibTeX Entry Type for electronically published Article

Post by gajatko »

Which type of entry should I use for an article which was published in the Internet? I am confused about entry types.

I have googled it and I would like to cite it in my works. I would like to have the following information in my bibliography: title, author, URL and optionally a year. More info seems to be redundant for an article which was found in the Internet. Which entry type should I use?

EDIT: I'd like to have a title in italics always, like for books.
