# - symbol instead section numbers

Post by miniabo »

I'm working on my diploma thesis my sections numbers were correct:
2.1 Data formats
2.1.1 XML

But I've change something unintentionally and now I've # - symbol instead of numbers:
# Data formats
# XML

Can someone help me to correct it? I've no idea what does it mean and how to change it back.

Thanks in advance!

hash symbol, number sign, #

Hi,

welcome to the board!

Perhaps post a reduced example of your LyX document as attachment here. Or, export it into LaTeX and show us the generated LaTeX document preamble.
