LyX ⇒ Page Numbering

Hi everyone,

New to this forum, so Hello! If I have posted in the wrong place please advise. My problems are these:

• I am writing my thesis on LyX
• document class "report".
• Page numbering working fine with one exception.
• With every new chapter new numbering starts.

This is driving me crazy cause all references with page numbers are looking silly. I am at my wits end. So I call on you smart people to help me out.

It is not normal behaviour for page numbers to get restarted. Can you, please, create a copy of your document, replace actual text with some dummy text, with couple of chapters, put that .lyx file into a .zip archive and attach it to your next post?
