Text Formatting ⇒ Comment Balloons

Dear guys,

is there a way to create a comment balloon inside a presentation? What I have in mind is a hyperlink that gives a quick comment popping out on the same page (in that sense, different from "beamergotobutton" that links to a different slide), as you can have in Acrobat or in MS Word.

Any idea?

I've used the cooltooltips package for that kind of thing, but there is also the fancytooltips package.
