Text Formatting ⇒ Help underline section or subsection

Hi, I have a little problem, I need to unerline the section or subsection title with the width page.

I only can do this:

Section Title.

But I want this:

Section title:___________________________________________________________

Note: I compile my tex documents with PDFLaTEX or LaTEX in Kile.
