Start two columns *from this point on*
The first page will contain an abstract, a paragraph with wide margins to either side. From this point on, I want the article layout to be split into two columns. But this two column implentation begins at some arbitrary location about halfway down the first page and carries through to the end of the article. However, there is no clean way I know of doing this.
