Text Formatting ⇒ phonetic transcription

Hello,

could i get any advice how to best format a transcription similar to that in the image attached?
so far my best guess was using fancyvrb and doing it by hand, but then i can't make aligned labels nor these cross line brackets, also I have to look for every line break
