General ⇒ Citations inside captions using non-standard class

Hello there!

I have a problem showing citations in a caption.

The guideline I try to follow is here

So I created a tiny example following the guide and using fullname package (following instructions -- downloaded from http://web.science.mq.edu.au/~rdale/com ... llname.zip) and clv2 document class.

The problem is, that citations inside captions do not work for me. It would be great if someone gave me hint what is wrong!
