Showing page references in bibliography but not in main text

Post by sjt »

Hi, I'm new to LaTeX and have hit a wall with a referencing problem
For my essay I have to give citations in the form of superscript numerical references - to do this I am currently using the nature template from the natbib package. However, I cannot find a way to state page references in the bibliography without them appearing in the main text as well. Is this possible?

Also, is it possible to use a single @book entry with multiple references to different sections within it, or do I have to use a seperate @inbook entry for each section in my .bib file?

Maybe you can solve the problem with biblatex? It is a very capable package. Check their examples if there is a style matching your preference. Maybe the verbose is what you are looking for?
