SWP under Windows 7

Post by colruyt »

I have been using SWP 5.5 on my old PC with Vista. However, when I installed it under Windows 7, after double click the icon of SWP, it simply doesn't respond? I wonder any one knows how to solve this compatibility problem?

Thanks in advance

Hello,
I have Scientific WorkPlace 5.5 installed on a Windows 7 (64 bit) machine and I have not had any problems. Did you try rebooting? If that does not work, I suggest you place your post on the MacKichan forum (http://forum.mackichan.com/).

Thanks for your suggestion.
I used the old swp 5.5 version, need to upgrade to the 2960 version as indicated in the official website. This solves the problem.
