General ⇒ Jumping to sections with the navigator

Hello,

i was wondering whether it's normal that when jumping to a section by double clicking it in the navigator, the beginning (name) of the section is positioned at the last line of the editor? (= i have to scroll down to actually see the content of the section) Note that this only happens when i jump to a section which is located below the current cursor position - when i jump to a section further upwards the positioning is as i would expect it.
