How can I make the LaTeX => BiBTeX => LaTeX => LaTeX output profile? I've searched, but with no results...

Such a profile is not needed. All build profiles use BibTeX by default. Just check that in the Profiles Dialogue (Alt+F7) as shown in the screen shot.
