Looking for Symbol

Post by hansdampf »

Hello,

I need this Symbol in my document and I have no idea how it is called.

I skimmed through The Comprehensive LATEX Symbol List but I couldn't find it.

Greetings,

Looking for Symbol

However it is called. You can build it on your own.

Code: Select all

$|\!{\sim}$
Perhaps you can find out its name by drawing it [1].

Please upload attachments to the forum server. External links can get lost with time and make a problem incomprehensible. (I did the upload subsequently.)

Detexify does not know this one: what is it used for?
